Mindfulness Practices

Meet The Host:

Hi, I’m Cheryl—a mindfulness workshop facilitator, holistic business coach, and Kajabi expert. After more than 25 years in the fast-paced corporate IT world, I chose to step away from the hustle and embrace a more mindful, balanced life. Now, I’m passionate about sharing this journey with others, helping them find peace and purpose amidst the chaos of our busy lives.

In my workshops and coaching sessions, I guide individuals to cultivate a sense of calm and clarity, combining mindfulness practices with gentle, transformative techniques that nurture inner peace and well-being.

With a gentle approach, I create spaces where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Whether we’re exploring mindful leadership, stress management, or building a heart-centered business, I focus on helping you navigate life’s challenges with grace and intention.

Combining my expertise in mindfulness, business coaching, and Kajabi, I also help entrepreneurs bring their visions to life through beautiful, purpose-driven digital experiences. Together, we can create a life and business that not only thrives but also nurtures your well-being.
