Hello, I am Cheryl Cooper, a certified mindfulness facilitator, life, leadership, and business coach, as well as an IT management consultant with 25+ years of experience.

I have helped individuals and teams, who have faced challenges such as being laid off or feeling burnt out, find balance in their professional and personal lives using the mindfulness techniques that I've been taught as well as practice personally. Through these techniques, I have transformed my own life from a burnt-out, road warrior, whose experienced lay-offs to a successful and relaxed entrepreneur.
